Orders & Payments

  • Wedding, bulk, and customised sweet box orders must be confirmed in advance.
  • Full or partial payment may be required to confirm bulk and wedding orders.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Custom Wedding & Gifting Orders

  • Custom sweet boxes are prepared as per customer requirements discussed at the time of order.
  • Once a custom or bulk order is confirmed, changes may not be possible.
  • We recommend placing wedding orders well in advance to ensure timely preparation.

Freshness & Storage

  • All sweets are prepared fresh; however, proper storage is required after purchase.
  • Mithai Mahal is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after the order has been picked up.
  • Customers are advised to follow storage instructions provided at the time of purchase.

Pickup & Delivery

  • Customers must pick up orders at the agreed time.
  • For large or wedding orders, pickup timing must be strictly followed to maintain freshness.
  • Delivery (if offered) will be arranged as per mutual agreement.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of sweets, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been picked up.
  • In case of any issue, customers must contact us immediately on the same day of purchase.
